To be discovered this month in Objective Gard Magazine, an article dedicated to "Hopes" which effectively imagines in its pages Nîmes several centuries from now after the possible extinction of humanity.
"These images of monuments recolonized by nature show what we would leave as traces. It is likely that Roman constructions such as the arena of Nîmes will last for a long time to come, he believes. Not sure that the Eiffel Tower, the Millau viaduct - or worse, our nuclear power plants - would have such a longevity without Man to maintain these sites", which is a dig at the Marcoule nuclear site, the only plant producing Mox, a very dangerous fuel.
"The magazine article does indeed refer to this site, presented in the introduction as a site of the future, an idea that I absolutely do not share, having denounced the heresy surrounding the production of MOX in previous works. This mixture of oxides is so dangerous (much more so than uranium) that France is the only country in the world to have risked producing it."
